How selection works

The application asks about your leadership experience, what you hope to work on during the retreat and how you would contribute to a trusted peer cohort. You must attend all three days.

A selection committee reviews applications and nominations as they arrive, weighing leadership experience, sector, geography and the mix of the cohort.

Nominate a leader

Anyone can nominate a woman for a seat. Nominations open Oct. 15.

Group 16-4

For organizations

Send a leader or sponsor a seat.

Organizations can invest in their senior women by sending a leader to the retreat or by sponsoring a seat for a woman from a smaller organization. Contact us to talk through options for your team.
