The resort sits in the Sonoran Desert at the foot of the Santa Catalina Mountains. Participants spend time outdoors, engage with conservation landscapes and learn from the place itself.

Fly into Tucson International Airport (TUS). Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) offers more flights and a longer drive.
Saguaro National Park, the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum and Biosphere 2 are within reach of Tucson.
Tucson days are mild in January and desert evenings cool off. Accepted participants receive packing and travel guidance.
