Arrive, settle in and connect
Check in at the resort, register and meet the cohort at an evening welcome reception under the desert sky.
Focus on women's conservation leadership
A full working day of dialogue and skill-building. You work on your Leadership Influence Plan, form your peer cohort and close the day at a group dinner.
Move into place-based learning
Head into the field to see conservation work in progress near Tucson, then close with a hosted lunch.
