  • Duration: 15 weeks
  • Start Date: June 23, 2025
  • Scheduled virtual sessions: Mondays from 6pm-7pm AZT
  • Weekly time commitment: 10 hours including scheduled sessions and course materials

Only 50 spots available. Applications are being reviewed on a rolling basis and space is limited. If accepted, participants must commit to attending weekly sessions for the full duration of the course.

The program includes three core courses—Water Technology and Development, Water Resource Management, and Legal and Regulatory Compliance in Water Management—each featuring nine in-depth modules. An introduction to the foundational concepts, technologies, and key stakeholders shaping modern water management systems. Through hands-on activities and real-world case studies, participants will explore topics like hydropower, reclaimed water, SCADA systems, and sustainable strategies—equipping them to apply innovative solutions in diverse water management contexts.

 

Asset 6

Water Resource Management

A practical, in-depth exploration of the strategic, financial, and operational aspects of managing water systems in a complex and evolving environment. Participants will gain the skills to develop resource management plans, lead teams, manage budgets, and address technical challenges—preparing you to drive sustainable and efficient water operations.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

This course equips participants with a foundational understanding of water law and the practical skills needed to navigate complex regulatory environments. Through hands-on activities like mock trials and compliance audits, participants will learn to interpret key regulations, draft legal documents, and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure operational compliance in water management.
