This Teenage Life

Building Resilience through Health Literacy

At Arizona State University Learning Enterprise, we recognize the importance of equipping learners of all ages with the tools to combat loneliness and cultivate resilience. Our commitment to fostering health literacy extends beyond traditional academic boundaries, as we collaborate with the podcast This Teenage Life (TTL) to create a series of three episodes focused on how to cope with loneliness and becoming resilient in the face of challenges.

As we journey through these episodes, our goal is to equip listeners with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate life's stressors with confidence and resilience. By harnessing the power of health literacy and leveraging the resources of ASU Learning Enterprise, we can empower young people to thrive in the face of adversity and create a brighter, more resilient future for themselves and their communities.
